In "My Account" → "My Petal Points," where you can view your balance, earning history, and redemptions.
When do my points expire?
The program runs on a fixed annual cycle from September 1 to August 31 of the following year, and points expire at the end of each cycle.
Can I use points and a coupon at the same time?
Yes — Petal Points and a discount code can be applied to the same order.
How long does it take for points to be credited?
Purchases: as soon as the order is confirmed. Referrals: once your referred friend completes their first purchase. Social actions, profile completion, and reviews: automatically, pending verification.
What happens if I get a refund or credit?
Points tied to a refunded or credited transaction are deducted proportionally from your balance.
Program Terms & Conditions
General
Petal Points is an Ecuador Direct Flowers initiative to reward our registered customers. Participation means accepting these terms.
Point Accumulation
Points are awarded for the actions listed above. Point values may change without notice. We may verify the authenticity of any action (purchase, review, referral) and void points earned fraudulently.
Point Redemption
- Points can only be redeemed on our official website, applied as a discount at checkout.
- Redemption requires a minimum order of $200 in rose products, with a maximum of 42,000 points redeemable per order.
- Points can be combined with promotional discount codes.
- Points have no cash value outside of checkout redemption and can't be exchanged for money.
- Redeemed points are non-refundable if the related order is later canceled or returned.
Validity & Expiration
The Petal Points program runs on a fixed annual cycle from September 1 through August 31.
Because the program launched on July 1, 2025, points earned during this first cycle remain valid through August 31, 2026. Starting September 1, 2026, the standard annual cycle applies going forward.
Referrals
- The referred person must be a new customer and complete a purchase for the referral to count.
- Self-referrals using multiple emails or identities aren't permitted.
Prevention of Misuse
We may investigate and void points earned through duplicate reviews, self-referrals, coupon abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the program.
Program Modifications
We may modify or end the Petal Points program at any time. If discontinued, we'll notify you with a reasonable window to redeem your existing balance.
