What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 50 stems, or the equivalent of 2 bunches (25 stems each). We set this minimum because smaller shipments leave empty space inside the box, which lets the stems shift and collide during transit. The minimum is what protects the quality of every stem that reaches your door, not an arbitrary sales rule.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $121.50 or more (or the equivalent of 4 bunches) ship free. If your order is below that threshold, you can still order as few as 50 stems (2 bunches) by paying a flat $50 shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout.
Do I need a license or permit to buy from you?
No, you don't need a business license, resale permit, or any additional documentation to place an order. Our checkout is open to florists, home-florists, and any business or individual sourcing flowers. If you have a business or reseller license, you can upload a PDF copy when creating your account to unlock a 5% discount on your orders.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, reach out to your sales representative or our support team to confirm your order.
