Every order ships directly from our farms in Ecuador to your door. No distribution warehouses, no wholesale intermediaries in between. Here's exactly how that journey works.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 4–5 business days of shipping. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and a few remote areas can take up to 6 business days due to additional carrier transit time. We can't guarantee an exact delivery hour: deliveries happen throughout the business day, so we recommend having someone available to receive your flowers as soon as they arrive.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, selected based on your delivery location and the fastest available route from our farms. You'll receive your tracking number by email the same day your order ships. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few hours.
Cold Chain & Packaging
Every truck we use in Ecuador is refrigerated, and the cold chain is maintained from the farm through cargo warehouse handling at the airport. Once your order reaches the U.S., it's no longer transported in refrigerated trucks, but flowers can safely travel up to 6 hours without refrigeration with no impact on quality. Roses ship in 25-stem bunches, packed in two protective tiers to prevent damage in transit.
Free Shipping & Order Minimums
The minimum order is 50 stems, or the equivalent of 2 bunches. Orders of $121.50 or more, or the equivalent of 4 bunches, ship free; orders below that threshold include a flat $50 shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout. We're unable to ship partial bunches: removing stems leaves empty space in the box, which lets the remaining flowers shift and get damaged during transit.
If No One Is Available to Receive Your Order
In most cases, no signature is required, and your courier will leave the package at the delivery address. If the courier determines the address isn't suitable for leaving the package safely, they may hold it and attempt delivery again, typically the next business day. Signature requirements are set at the courier's discretion and aren't something you select when placing your order with us. You're welcome to contact DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly if you'd like to request a signature, or confirm it's fine to leave your package without one.
Where Our Responsibility Ends
Once your order leaves Ecuador, it becomes the customer's responsibility, standard practice for how flowers move internationally. We're always glad to help with tracking, general questions, or guidance along the way, but for issues that come up once your order has left the country, your carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) is best positioned to help directly.
