How does Luciano Rose compare to Hermosa, our simpler light pink?

Luciano Rose carries noticeably more petals than Hermosa Rose, giving it a fuller, more elegant bloom shape. It sits closer to Novia and Rosita Vendela Rose in terms of fullness, a good mid-to-upper range choice whenever a design wants more presence than a basic light pink provides. It's a useful distinction to know when a client asks for one look specifically and the two might otherwise seem interchangeable.

Why does it arrive looking tighter than expected?

Like every fresh-cut rose we ship, Luciano Rose arrives with its outer guard petals still in place. This is completely normal and not a defect, gently removing those outer petals once the rose arrives reveals the fuller bloom underneath. Most of that change becomes visible within the first hour or two once the bloom has had time in fresh water.

How long does Luciano Rose last?

Farm-direct from Ecuador, Luciano Rose typically holds for 14 to 21 days in the vase with fresh water and a recut every few days, well past the shorter vase life common with roses already several days into a longer distribution chain. A regular recut and clean water both help it hold its shape and color for the full window. Recutting the stem at an angle every time also helps keep water uptake steady across the full window.

Who tends to choose Luciano Rose?

Florists use it for romantic arrangements that need more fullness than a basic light pink. Event planners favor it for weddings where an elegant, layered pink suits the palette. Either way, it holds up reliably enough to plan around, even when the arrangement is built a few days ahead of the event itself.
