Purple Fantasy Rose
White Petals Rimmed in Purple
Purple Fantasy Rose begins as a white rose, hand-tinted through a process that draws color up through the stem for a consistent result from base to tip, ending in white with purple edges. Farm-direct from Ecuador, it's a striking choice for arrangements that call for something unexpected.
This rose is hand-tinted to order, so the earliest available delivery date you see below already reflects the extra time that process takes.

How is the color on Purple Fantasy Rose achieved?
Each stem starts as a white rose, then goes through a hand-tinting process at our farm, where color is absorbed from the inside out through the stem rather than sprayed onto the surface of the petal. The base color can occasionally shift depending on farm availability, but the tinting process and final result stay the same. This produces a deeper, more even result than surface coloring, since the pigment becomes part of the petal itself.
How long will Purple Fantasy Rose last?
Tinted roses from our farm typically last 14 to 21 days in the vase, in line with our natural varieties. Many customers also let the bloom dry out afterward rather than discarding it, since tinted roses tend to hold their color well even once fully dried, making them a practical choice for lasting decor. A regular recut and clean water both help it reach the longer end of that window while fresh.
Is the color guaranteed to look identical on every stem?
Because the tinting process is done by hand at our farm, there is natural, minor variation from stem to stem, the same way no two roses in a batch are ever perfectly identical. What stays consistent is the overall depth and tone of the color, not a pixel-perfect match between individual blooms. For large installations where exact uniformity matters, we recommend ordering a few extra stems to allow for selection on arrival.
Who tends to choose Purple Fantasy Rose?
Event planners reach for it when a design needs a color that doesn't occur naturally in flowers, building a themed installation or a statement piece that stands out from typical florals. Florists also use it as a single accent stem inside an otherwise neutral arrangement, letting the tinted color do the visual work. Its uncommon color also tends to photograph well for anyone documenting the event.
