Are you a wholesaler or a farm?
We are not a wholesaler. Ecuador Direct Flowers is built on farms across different regions of Ecuador, including our own production, each chosen for the specific climate and soil that produce the best quality for a particular flower variety. We personally oversee quality at every farm we work with, and every order ships straight from the farm that grew it to your door, with no import brokers, no wholesale distributors, and no middlemen in between.
Do you offer special pricing for resellers?
No, our pricing is the same for every customer. Sourcing direct from the farm already removes the intermediary markup, so the savings are built into every price rather than offered separately to select accounts.
Do you have a U.S. office?
We don't have a walk-in office or retail location, Ecuador Direct Flowers operates as an online business, with our sales and support team available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time in the winter, shifting to 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Central Time when the U.S. moves to daylight saving.
